Option 1 – Snacks and Buffet – R180 per person

Plated individually or served on a platter per table
Samoosas, Spring Rolls, Chicken Strips & Cocktail Sausage’s
Served with dipping sauces.

Main–

Set up buffet style
Lemon & Herb Roast Chicken
Sage & Citrus Roast Pork OR Slow Roasted Beef OR Greek Style Roast Lamb (Lamb R40 extra per person)
Served with Roast potatoes OR Butter & Parsley baby potatoes
Two Seasonal Vegetables OR Salad
Savoury Rice
Homemade Gravy

Chicken, Beef or Mutton Indian Style Curry (pick 1)
Served with yellow Rice, Sambals & Chutney
And
Beef, Chicken or Veg Lasagna (pick 1)
Served with Garlic Bread & Greek Salad
