What says South Africa more than shisa nyama on a good braai – With over 15 years in the catering business we have become Kwa-Zulu Natal’s preferred braai caterers from large corporates to private functions. We only use the highest quality meat sourced from local suppliers, marinated to perfection and basted with our secret basting which keeps you coming back for more. Our side dishes are Delicious and complete the perfect Braai.

Meat cooked by us on an open fire and set out buffet style, with the choice of a potato and starch dish as well as two salads.
